Service Support Engineer
We’re looking for a Service Support Engineer that lives and breathes the surf and snow lifestyle ready for the challenge of working with the world’s first surf company.

The role:
The Service Support Engineer is the single point of contact within O’Neill Europe and aligned organizations. He/she supports and maintains desktops, laptops, Apple and other devices like smartphones and tablets. He/she also maintains and helps optimizing the overall enterprise IT environments to support key business strategies.

What we need/core competencies:

You have excellent communication skills (especially verbally). You are flexible and a great team worker. Above all you have customer knowledge and a strong focus on quality.


  • Experience in infrastructure/desktop environments (hardware and software)
  • A completed MBO education (or comparable), preferably specialized in IT
  • Good knowledge of Windows and Apple Platforms
  • Knowledge of other client platforms
  • Knowledge of mail platforms
  • Verbal and written knowledge of the Dutch and English language, German is preferable.

What you can do:

  • Provide 1st level global support to the business for:
  • Desktops and laptops (Windows & Mac OSX)
  • POS systems
  • Handhelds
  • Business applications
  • Be responsible for desktop infrastructure (roll-out, maintenance)
  • Be responsible for call management
  • Giving IT support to O'Neill events.
