HR Advisor
32 - 40 hours per week

The job
As an HR Advisor you are a business partner for management according to O’Neill’s HR Strategy in order to achieve the overall business goals.

What can you do:

  • Be a proactive business partner for management on all HR topics, such as: Performance- & Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Employee (talent) Development and Legal cases;
  • Facilitate an effective recruitment process for all vacancies in your accounts and contribute to a strong Talent Acquisition Strategy;
  • Together with your HR co-workers aim for creating/maintaining a strong supportive environment for the entire organization in terms of HR systems, HR policies & procedures, compensation & benefits and HR communications;
  • Continuously monitor and improve the effectivity of HR processes, procedures and policies;
  • Align and collaborate with the HR colleagues in order to achieve results as a team;
  • Execute specific HR projects derived from the HR year plan e.g. develop talent (management) program, review onboarding program, review and introduce performance management cycle.

Who are you?

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Management;
  •  At least 4 years of HR Advisor experience, preferably internationally in Wholesale & Retail;
  • Fluent in business English. Dutch, German and French fluency is preferred;
  • Experience in HRIS and knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, preferably across Europe;
  • As a person you are result oriented and customer focused, you act decisive and proactive.

The HR department (incl. pay rolling) consists of 6 enthusiastic team members and services nine countries: The Netherlands, Belgium, France, UK, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Spain and Portugal both Wholesale and Retail.
