E-Commerce Partner Integration Specialist

We’re looking for a E-Commerce Partner Integration with affinity for sports, ready for a challenging role in the world’s first surf company.

The role:
In this role you will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining the (product) content interfaces with selected e-commerce partnerships for the deployment of product content, marketing assets and pricing strategies across multiple e-commerce channels.



Requirements / Competences :

  • Education level: Bachelors Degree in IT or related discipline
  • Excellent knowledge and working skills with Microsoft Office, XML knowledge preferred, knowledge and experience of working with ERP systems is a plus
  • Fluently in Dutch and English both written and verbal, a good working knowledge of German both written and verbal, French is a plus.
  • At least 5 years of working experience and a strong affinity with data interfaces and product content
  • Affinity with IT processes

What will you do:

  • Review specifications for new Partners integrations and analyze business processes and workflows with the objective of finding out how they can be improved or automated
  • Assist in the development and implementation of content on selected customer websites
  • Coordinate with internal product and marketing teams in Europe especially…the required content, images and documents.
  • Fulfillsexternal data needs through the PIM system (to be implemented)
  • Be the subject matter expert for Partner account data processes and systems
  • Monitor incoming data for quality
  • Work with data providers and engineers to fix data issues
  • Collaborate with engagement managers and customers to identify and solve data problems
  • Work with engagement managers to implement data-related product enhancements and to improve analysis and reporting of data for end-users
  • Work with Sales to facilitate the sales process by analyzing the optimal integration configuration for new data sources
