Customer Service and Sales Support Agent - Switzerland
Excellent knowledge of German & English
Full time - 40 hours per week

The Job:
As Customer Service and Sales Support Agent you will work in an international environment executing all operational and tactical support tasks in Europe for both Wholesale and E-Commerce Customers and you will support the Sales Teams. 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Executing and coordinating customer order process with maximum accuracy;
  • Performing customer claims and returns;
  • Responding to customer queries;
  • Pro-Actively informing customers with timely information e.g. irregularities in shipments and deliveries;
  • Take ownership of a pre-defined group of Customers.


Who are You?

  • Experienced with order management goods flow
  • Excellent knowledge of (Swiss) German as well as English, both verbally and in writing;
  • Think and act on MBO level;
  • Excellent knowledge of excel and knowledge of MSOffice;
  • Preferable have 2 to 3 years of experience in Customer Services in the fashion industry;
  • You're processminded, punctual, precise and detailed and you always strives for perfection;
  • You take initiative and are a team player.
  • With qualities such as result driven, accuracy and flexible you can show your added value within the Customer Service team.

O’Neill Europe is responsible for the design of the European collection, sourcing of the collection in the Far East and sales throughout Europe, partly through wholly owned subsidiaries and partly through distributors.
